Year 5 Children during a Book Club Games session
Weekly Caffi Cymraeg Session

Our clubs and groups are a thriving testimony that BOOKS CAN BE FUN!!  We have held  monthly book clubs for every age of child and activities that encourage confidence and the love of all things wordy!   We start with occasional sessions of song and rhyme which link up with Menteriaith (promoting Welsh Language) and Busy Rascals Playgroup to encourage reading from the earliest age.... and we have the possibilities of clubs for all age groups right up to Young Adults.   Just ask!!   We also are bringing back weekly LEGO club on Wednesdays after school,  and hope to bring the bustle of after school fun back again.

We support our young adults and a former book club member and helpful teen hack, Seren, provided a fun club -  Saturday Morning Music Stars a weekly chance to try many different musical instruments ....   and Burns By Your Side Listening Dog,  Zane & owner Liz used to visit weekly but sadly for us they moved out of the area.....this service will come back very soon when our "hound in training" - BEAR -  will hopefully take up baton (fingers crossed he won't chew it!) although he has very big doggy shoes to fill as Zane was an exceptional pooch!!   If you didn't know Listening dogs give amazing confidence boosting sessions to any child, but sessions need pre booking!   We also hold holiday events and storytimes with Paul from NPT Libraries  and now from Sian our Trustee!
